Upon the successful signing of a work contract Bluebilities receives a commission of 20% of the first gross annual salary. Should the candidate terminate the work contract within the probationary period, you receive the commission back to 100%. Bluebilities accompanies your new employees during their first 100 days in your business. The commission covers all the services listed in the table below.
